THE CLIENT CARE CENTER

The Client Care Department offers the highest level of quality customer service by providing efficient and timely problem resolution. They also serve as your liaison to the creditors, ensuring your issues are heard and properly taken care of. The representatives in this department work hard each day so you can rest assured that your accounts and issues are managed appropriately. Once a resolution is determined, our Client Care Specialists will take the time to fully explain the resolution to you.

It is the job of the Client Care Specialists to assist you with all account inquiries and to communicate with your creditors. They will guide you throughout your time on the program by handling your accounts from the time you enroll until the time you successfully complete the program. Our Client Care Specialist will ensure that your accounts are receiving the proper benefits. Our Specialists will help you manage timely payments, provide financial education to help you handle credit now and in the future and provide access to our Certified Counselors, if you need additional advice or guidance.

Please call us at 1-800-772-4557 or send an email to: clientservices@gardenstateccc.org anytime you have a question or concern.

The Creditor Relations Department

This department works exclusively with your creditors. Having a direct link to the creditors helps ensure your accounts are set-up for credit counseling as quickly as possible. The representatives of this department not only work closely with the creditors but also with you, to ensure you are always aware of the status of your accounts.

Creditor policies within credit counseling are continuously changing. Our Creditor Relations Department will ensure that our agency is aware of current policies and procedures, so that we can better service your accounts.
