Battered Women's Shelter, NJ:
The 180 Program for the shelter provides women with the resources they need in order to get back on their feet and into homes of their own. The shelter provides life and job skill development. Money ManagementPrinceton House:
Princeton House is a rehabilitation center located in Princeton, NJ. An aspect of their rehabilitation program is the Adjunctive Therapy Department. Novadebt provides a life skills workshop in the area of money management. The workshop leader responds to the needs of the group and will answer questions and provide information in areas of personal finance that apply. Work-First - Neptune, NJ:
This Work First site provides sessions and resources for unemployed individuals who are seeking to re-enter the workforce. Novadebt provides a workshop titled Managing Your Finances While Unemployed. The workshop focuses in areas of money management, credit reports, credit scoring, social service programs and communicating with your lenders. Free education material and information is provided. 'Women In Need' Meeting:
Participants of the 'Women In Need' program serve as a resource group for victims of domestic violence. Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services serves as the key collaborator for the group. The meeting is held to discuss current topics of interest with regard to important services/messages we can relay to victims of domestic violence.
