HOPE Now Outreach Event – Newark, NJ:
NeighborWorks® America and the HOPE NOW Alliance are conducting a series of Foreclosure Prevention Workshops across the country. These events are designed to help bring together homeowners in financial distress directly with a representative from their mortgage lender and/or local housing counselor. The event is being held at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark from 2-8pm. All community members are invited to attend at any point during that time.

Money Management—Princeton House:
Princeton House is a rehabilitation center located in Princeton, NJ. An aspect of their rehabilitation program is the Adjunctive Therapy Department. Novadebt provides a “life skills” workshop in the area of money management. The workshop leader responds to the needs of the group and will answer questions and provide information in areas of personal finance that applies. Neptune Public Library – Neptune, NJ:
Novadebt will be providing a Personal Finance Question & Answer Session at Neptune Public Library. Community members are invited to attend and bring with them their questions related to personal finance. Workforce - Perth Amboy, NJ:
This Workforce site provides sessions and resources for unemployed individuals who are seeking to re-enter the workforce. Novadebt provides a workshop titled “Managing Your Finances While Unemployed”. The workshop focuses in areas of money management, credit reports, credit scoring and communicating with your lenders. Free education material and information is provided. If you would like to participate, please contact the Workforce Center in Perth Amboy at 732-293-5016.

Manna House - Cliffwood Beach, NJ:
This site provides housing and life skills education for single, teenage parents. Novadebt provides financial education workshops for the residents in the areas of money management, establishing credit, credit reports & scoring and budgeting. Free education material is provided.
