CONTACTING THE CLIENT CARE CENTER
The Client Care Center is available and ready to assist you from Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Because we strive to provide you with an immediate solution to your questions,
it is imperative that we adjust our hours to coincide with your creditors’
operating hours. The best way for us to get answers for you is to have the
ability to contact your creditors when you call us.
If you are unable to call during these hours, please be sure to use our voice
mail service. Your messages are handled with top priority at the start of the
next business day. We will retrieve your message and will take immediate
action to resolve your concerns.
