Dear Novadebt Client:
We are pleased to offer an additional new payment option. If you are already using the DIRECT PAY program, thank you for your participation and you may disregard this letter. For those clients interested in another payment option that is fast and secure, please take a few minutes to review the following:
In cooperation with the PNC Bank, we are offering our clients the convenient and secure option of paying via automatic electronic withdrawals. If you elect Direct Pay, your bank automatically deducts your monthly plan amount from your checking account. Please contact our office to discuss a monthly withdrawal date. Please note, when the date falls on a non-business day, it will be debited on the following business day.
Your Direct Pay Program payment is treated as a check. Your creditors will be paid within 8 - 10 calendar days from the date we receive the funds.
If you choose to use this service, please complete the Direct Pay Authorization Form and return it to us along with a voided check. You will receive written notification of the date of your first automatic payment. Please be aware that it may take at least 30 days to complete this transaction. Please continue to send us your regular monthly payment until you receive confirmation that your automatic withdrawals are scheduled to begin.
