President’s Message

Novadebt has been providing guidance to hundreds of thousands of consumers, our customers, since 1991.

From the outset, a guiding set of principles has defined our organization and our employees, and set us apart from other organizations in the industry.

We are a customer-focused company, demonstrating an unrelenting commitment to quality customer satisfaction, integrity, community education, and facilitation.

CUSTOMER FOCUS /QUALITY SERVICE
Our counselors’ primary concerns are the financial and emotional well being of our customers, the consumers. Novadebt’s counselors have deep knowledge and skills to assist our customers, and they are compassionate and caring individuals. Our dedicated client care specialists provide the quality attention necessary to insure our customers’ interests are protected. We evaluate and enhance our internal systems on an ongoing basis, based on the needs of our customers. At Novadebt, our most important goal is to satisfy our customers’ needs.

INTEGRITY
We are proud to run an ethical operation, with the highest degree of integrity. Counselors never receive commissions to “steer” consumers into a debt management program. We have kept fees and contribution requests to the lowest minimum. Novadebt has never used third party “for-profit” providers for counseling, education or processing and managing clients’ accounts. As a founding member of the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA), we are proponents of strong standards and have been instrumental in developing the industry Code of Practice.

EDUCATION
Novadebt believes that education is the cornerstone of financial health. We are a key supporter of financial literacy programs including JumpStart, the New Jersey Financial Literacy Awareness Network and the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority. Novadebt regularly conducts free seminars on a wide range of topics that are open to the public. We have assisted many other organizations by encouraging our counselors to conduct educational sessions throughout the communities they serve.

FACILITATION
Since we know how difficult it is to take that first step and contact us for help, we have always sought ways to facilitate the process. Our counselors are available for face-to-face, telephone or Internet counseling whenever you need it. We work daily to simplify every facet of our operations to make your client experience a positive one. We are on the cutting edge of technology in telecommunications and data storage.

We know the consumers who contact us are experiencing very difficult times. We strive to help them cope with their current financial situation, and develop a plan to successfully reach their goal: financial health and stability.
